1. Our Service

AI Genie is a suite of AI-powered marketing tools designed to help entrepreneurs, marketers, and business owners generate content, run ads, and drive traffic at scale. Your purchase grants you lifetime access to the following five tools:

• Wish Engine — AI-powered offer research and market intelligence tool.
• Content Dominator — Bulk content generation engine for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ad Media Assassin — High-converting ad copy and creative brief generator.
• The Traffic Magnet — SEO and traffic strategy tool for organic and paid channels.
• Media Buyer Assistant — AI chat assistant for ad buying strategy, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or retire features within any tool at our discretion. Material changes that remove core functionality will be communicated via email.

2. Access & Payment

Access to AI Genie requires a one-time payment of $97 USD. This is a lifetime access fee — there are no monthly or annual subscription charges. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

Upon successful payment, your account is activated immediately and you gain access to all five tools. Your access is tied to the email address used at checkout.

All prices are in USD. We do not offer installment plans, trials, or free tiers at this time. Promotional pricing or discount codes, when offered, are valid only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.

3. AI Credits

Each account is allocated 1,000 AI credits per day. Credits reset daily at midnight UTC. Credits do not roll over — unused credits from one day are forfeited and do not accumulate.

AI credits are consumed each time you invoke an AI generation within any of the five tools. The number of credits consumed per generation varies based on the complexity and length of the output requested.

We reserve the right to adjust the daily credit allocation, credit consumption rates, or the credit system structure. Significant reductions to the daily allocation will be communicated to users in advance via email.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at info@geniebundle.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that all activity under your account complies with these Terms.
• Not allow others to use your account or share access credentials.

One license covers one individual user. You may not resell, sublicense, or share access to your account. Each person or business entity requiring access must purchase their own license.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI Genie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our service to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content of any kind.
• Create spam, phishing materials, or deceptive advertising.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond normal usage.
• Bypass, circumvent, or exploit any rate limits, credit system, or access controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or create derivative products based on our platform without written permission.
• Generate content that promotes discrimination, hate speech, or violence.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content generated through AI Genie using your inputs. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over outputs you create with our tools.

No Guarantees: AI-generated content is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or originality of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before use.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, including advertising regulations, copyright law, and consumer protection statutes.

Third-Party AI Models: Our tools are powered by third-party AI providers including OpenAI. Your use of AI Genie is also subject to those providers’ usage policies. We are not responsible for the behavior or outputs of underlying AI models.

7. Intellectual Property

AI Genie, including its name, logo, branding, platform design, code, prompts, tool configurations, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of AI Genie and its owners. All rights are reserved.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our platform or intellectual property.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to AI Genie. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or factors beyond our control (including third-party service outages).

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Genie and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for access to AI Genie, which is a maximum of $97 USD. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: misuse of the platform, sharing account access, generating prohibited content, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

You may also request account deletion by contacting us at info@geniebundle.com. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked. Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will also notify users via email. Your continued use of AI Genie after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of AI Genie shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of courts in the applicable governing territory.
